Meals On Wheels St. Petersburg Volunteer Application

Tampa Bay Network to End Hunger has developed a pilot program with our
community partners titled, Meals On Wheels St. Petersburg. This program relies on volunteers to deliver hot, nutritious meals to homebound seniors on the wait-list. Volunteers will pick up hot meals and a route sheet with directions at their assigned meal hub site (Daystar Life Center, 1055 28th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712) and deliver to 5-10 recipients within a 5 mile radius. In addition to dropping off meals, volunteers will provide a safety check and social connection with their recipients.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Meals On Wheels St. Petersburg!

Delivery times are between 10:00am-2:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

All volunteers will undergo a background check and must show
proof of automobile insurance.
