Please submit one form per household. Your delivery is confirmed once you speak with a Network to End Hunger/Meals On Wheels for Kids staff member on the telephone to confirm the details.
Be sure to read all about Holidays on Wheels here before completing the application. Applications will be accepted through through November 26th for the December Holidays on Wheels home delivery of a holiday meal and toys for children. The application for our Thanksgiving distribution has closed. As a reminder, to qualify you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Live in Hillsborough, Pasco, or Pinellas Counties
- Family includes children (0-18yrs)
- Meet at least one of the following criteria: i. Do not have access to a working or reliable vehicle for life-sustaining trips (medical, grocery, work, job-related training/education and other vital services) and unable to get a ride from household members or others for these purposes; or ii. Household led by an adult who is largely homebound due to disability or illness;
- Someone must be home to receive the food.
Current Meals on Wheels for Kids (MOW4Kids) recipients, please do not fill out an application on our website. You will be contacted by MOW4Kids to sign up.
