- The 2021 Sunshine Summit to End Hunger, in partnership with Bread for the World and Florida Impact, was held on October 28-29, 2021 virtually.
- The 2020 Sunshine Summit to End Hunger, in partnership with Bread for the World and Florida Impact, was held on October 29-30, 2021 virtually, and focused on understanding the global effects of COVID-19 on food systems and the local effects on emergency feeding efforts.

- The 2017 National Sunshine Summit to End Hunger was held on November 6-7, 2017 at the Amalie Arena, in Tampa. This event was presented in partnership with the Alliance to End Hunger.
